Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery and caring for your roses

How do I place an order?

Choose your rose bouquet and click "Order Now". Select a greeting card, fill in the recipient's details and choose your payment method. Once the "Thank you for your order!" page appears, your order has been successfully placed. You will receive a confirmation with your personal reference number – keep it for any follow-up questions.

When and at what time will my order be delivered?

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Our partner florist delivers during their business hours, which may vary slightly by location. If you need delivery at a specific time, please let us know via the contact form – we'll pass the information to the florist. No deliveries are made on Sundays.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

Our partner florist will attempt delivery and leave a business card. They will then try to reach the recipient by phone. If neither delivery nor contact is possible, you will be notified promptly by phone or email.

How do I know if my order was delivered?

We guarantee delivery of every order on the requested date during local florist business hours. If delivery is not possible, you will be notified. If you receive no message from us, you can assume the delivery was successful. In many cases a delivery confirmation is also available in your customer account.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes. During the ordering process you can enter a personal greeting – a free card is included in the service. You can also order anonymously: your name does not need to appear on the card.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, TWINT, PostCard, Bitcoin, invoice for companies, and bank transfer (IBAN).

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, modifications and cancellations are possible – but only before the delivery date, as the florist may have already prepared the bouquet. Please contact us via the contact form with your order number.

Can I deliver to a hotel or hospital?

Hotel: Please provide the full name and address of the hotel, the phone number, and if possible the room number and the recipient's name.

Hospital: Please provide the name and address of the hospital, the phone number, the ward name/number, and the recipient's full name. Please note: some hospitals do not allow flowers in intensive care units – we will inform you if this is the case.

How long do roses last and how should I care for them?

With proper care, roses last 5 to 10 days. Change the water daily and cut the stems diagonally under water by about one centimetre. Remove any leaves that would sit in the water to prevent bacterial growth. Keep them in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripe fruit. Adding a flower preservative is recommended.
